[ § 82 SGB III ]
With the Qualifizierungschancengesetz (QCG) you make your employees fit for the digital world of work – and get up to 100 % of the training costs plus a possible subsidy towards wages during the training reimbursed. Whether full-time or part-time.
[ what it is ]
The Qualifizierungschancengesetz (QCG) is your opportunity as an employer: it supports you in giving your employees future-proof training – funded by the Employment Agency.
Up to 100 % of the training costs and a subsidy of up to 75 % towards wages during the training are possible. The actual amount depends on company size and funding criteria and is set case by case by the Employment Agency.
[ funding amount ]
Thanks to the QCG you train almost cost-neutrally as an employer. The exact amount is clarified individually with you by the Employment Agency.
Small companies with up to 50 employees can be reimbursed up to 100 % of the training costs as part of the case-by-case review.
In addition, a subsidy of up to 75 % towards wages during the training period is possible – depending on company size and funding criteria.
No hidden costs. We guide you through the process and coordinate all documents with you.
[ criteria ]
For funding via the QCG to be possible, a few requirements must be met. Whether you are funded in your case is reviewed by the Employment Agency.
The training must take place at an AZAV-accredited provider – like us. Only then is funding possible.
The measure must not be legally required and must go beyond a purely operational adjustment course. It should convey new skills that improve labour-market prospects in the long term.
The funded person must be in employment subject to social insurance contributions at the time of application.
If a measure has already been funded via the QCG, it must be at least two years in the past before funding can be granted again.
[ how it works ]
From consultation to kickoff, we guide you and your team through the entire process.
You tell us what your team needs – we show you which funding applies.
Whether digital skills, recruiting or AI: together we find the right course for your employees.
Register with the Employment Agency for a consultation. There it is reviewed case by case whether your company and employees are eligible.
Whether you qualify for the wage subsidy and how high it is, the Employment Agency clarifies individually with you.
Once funding is approved, you can get started – plannable and without financial risk.
Your employees learn online, hands-on and alongside work – with knowledge that lands directly on the job.
